💰 MONEY & REFUND DISCLAIMERS — PLEASE READ:
  • After booking, a participant CANNOT be moved to another camp date — only to a different location on the same dates. If you can no longer attend, you may replace the participant with another person or sell your slot privately — the Boot Camp does not get involved in such arrangements.
  • Inform us BEFORE making any payment (due to high volume of calls, just TEXT us on WhatsApp — calling can cause a delay).
  • Only official payment methods are accepted: FNB, Bank Windhoek, BlueVoucher (Standard Bank) or Nedbank SendMoney. No cash, Ewallet or EasyWallet.
  • Deposits — remaining balance must be paid on or before, unless otherwise agreed:
    · December Camp — 15 December 2026
    · Non-Schoolers Camp (Oct) — 23 October 2026
    · Adults Camp (Nov) — 2 November 2026
  • A 20% cancellation fee applies after payment.
  • No refunds if cancelled less than 7 days before camp (unless rescheduled).
  • If WE cancel the boot camp, you receive a FULL refund.
  • No participation without a completed form + payment. Reference: participant's name.

📌 Key Agreements
1. Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk
  • Activities: physical training, mental exercises, team-building, structured discipline, rolling on the ground, tyre-picking, and wet rolling.
  • Risks: physical, emotional, and environmental.
  • Liability: The Boot Camp is not responsible for injuries, illness, accidents, or property loss.
2. Medical Consent & Emergency Authorization
  • My child is healthy and fit.
  • First aid / medical help is authorized.
  • Parent/guardian covers medical costs.
4. Code of Conduct Agreement
  • Respect staff and peers · Follow rules and instructions · Participate in all sessions · Take responsibility for meals/cleaning.
  • Non-compliance = dismissal without refund.
5. Liability Waiver
  • Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for participant's conduct. Camp not liable for claims.
6. Payment Policy
  • After booking, a participant CANNOT be moved to another camp date — only to a different location on the same dates. If you can no longer attend, you may replace the participant with another person or sell your slot privately — the Boot Camp does not get involved in such arrangements.
  • No participation without signed form + payment.
  • 20% cancellation fee applies after payment.
  • No refunds if cancelled less than 7 days before camp (unless reschedule).
  • All payments must be done before the camping.
  • The Boot Camp reserves the right to cancel the boot camp, in which case you will receive a full refund. (Refunds can take up to 2 weeks.)
7. Necessities Disclaimer
  • No participant will be allowed to enter camp without all the required necessities (see the What to Bring list). Items sent from outside during camp often get lost — we are responsible for the children, not for items sent from outside.
8. Safety & Physical Force
  • If a participant uses physical force against staff or other participants, staff have the right to defend themselves and protect others.

🔒 Child Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy
  • The parent/guardian (or authorized person) bringing the participant must present their original ID at registration for verification.
  • The person picking up the participant must present their original ID, allow it to be photographed for record-keeping, and agree to take a photograph together with the participant as confirmation of safe handover.
  • No child will be released without following this procedure.
  • The Boot Camp organizers will not be held liable for any problems, disputes, or incidents during drop-off or pick-up once the participant has been officially handed over.
